The Ukrop's Food Group, a division of Ukrop's Super Markets Inc., has been baking a wide variety of traditional southern favorites since the mid 1970's. Each and every product we make has its roots in Dot's Pastry Shop, a well known Richmond bakery that was acquired by Ukrop's in 1976. Today, we still follow Dot's original recipes - baking from scratch and using only the finest ingredients available.

While UFG initially made products exclusively for our stores, we are now able to offer a fabulous line of signature treats to retailers nationwide. Our unique line of products includes pound cakes, cake layers, angelfood cakes, pies, rolls, biscuits, cornbread, and bagels - and we're adding more variety all the time!

Most importantly, The Ukrop's Food Group strives to run our business in the same manner that Ukrop's Super Markets operates theirs - using the Vision, Purpose and Team Values as our beacon.
